In order to better serve our customers and their concerns, we implemented a Help Desk on the back-end of a registered user's account.
From the Help Desk module you can create new tickets and our customer support staff will respond to them within your Account promptly. Tickets are usually responded to within 4-8 hours and are a great way to amend an order or report a bug/glitch on our website when our office is closed. Each Support Ticket comes with a drop-down menu where you can choose the urgency of the ticket as well. We encourage all of our customers to begin utilizing the Help Desk for whatever concerns or comments may arise during their online shopping experience.
A history of your Tickets will appear under 'My Support Tickets' and can be viewed any time. Once a customer is satisfied with a response or an issue has been resolved, the Ticket will be Closed but will remain viewable on the customer's Account. You may open as many Tickets as you need.
◄ On each product page under Reviews is a link to ask a question about that particular product. If you want to know if a motor needs a regular shaft or an XL shaft, this is where to ask. Questions remain appended to each product so they act as an expandable F.A.Q.
The Product Question module primarily communicates with you via email. If you ask a question and it is answered, you'll get an email from Innov8tive Designs at the account you registered to our website with. It will let you know that your question was answered and display the answer in your email. In the event you don't receive an email or want to look back at a previous question, you can login to your Account and review all of your Product Questions by clicking on "Product Questions" (Fig 01). You can see the status of your question and to see if it is available for public viewing. To see your answer you can click on the Product (Fig 02) and scroll to the Ask Question link and use the drop down arrow to toggle the answer.
◄ We have been offering Gift Certificates since December but it's worth mentioning on a list of our website updates. Gift Certificates/Cards begin at $10.00 and can be purchased for any amount higher than that. You may log in to your Account at any time and choose the Gift Card option in the back-end to view your current balance.
