This is the ToolkitRC M4Q 4-Port AC/DC balancing charger for 1-4S LiPo, LiHv, LiOn, LiFe, 1-10S NiMh, or 1-8S Pb batteries. This charger has 4 independant ports so you can charge 4 different batteries at the same time. When using the AC input you can charge on 2 ports at up to 50 watts each or 4 ports at up to 25 watts each. On a DC input you can charge on all 4 ports at up to 50 watts each. An AC 120v US power cord and a USB cable is included in the box.
