Orders and Account Information

Placing an order – Contact us by phone at (442) 515-0745 or email at sales@Innov8tiveDesigns.com.  Orders placed by 12 pm. EST will be shipped the same day except for Federal Holidays.

Order Confirmation – After successfully placing an order on our website you will receive an order confirmation email with all the details of your order. If one is not received in a timely manner, please check your email Spam folder.  If it is still not received, contact us by email at orders@innov8tivedesigns.com and we will provide it to you.

Shipping Confirmation – After your order is shipped you should receive a shipping confirmation email that will include the tracking number.  If one is not received in a timely manner, please check your email Spam folder.  If it is still not received, contact us by email at orders@innov8tivedesigns.com and we will provide it to you.

Payments:  All orders require payment in advance and will be processed in US Dollars.  For Michigan residents, a 6% sales tax will be added.  We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, check or money order.

Cancelling an order.  Customers may cancel an order prior to shipping at no charge.  If the Customer cancels an order after it has been shipped, the Customer will be responsible for the outgoing and return shipping costs.

Order changes - To change a placed order, please call us immediately with the details.  Change requests can be made up until the packaging of the order, however if the order was placed on-line the shipping charges may change since it is based on product weight, dimensions.  If the order has already been packaged, any additional items will be sent as a separate shipment and the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.

Returns/Exchanges – To return or exchange any products, prior approval must be given from Innov8tive Designs, Inc. by contacting us either by phone or email.  Any items returned without approval will void the refund policy below.   We only accept  unused and new-in-box items for up to 30 days after your purchase.    All items must have the original receipt and be packed correctly as Innov8tive Designs, Inc. will not accept a damaged return.  All Return/Exchange shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.  For defective products please refer to our Warranty Policy.

Product User Liability - By the act of use, setup or assembly of any Innov8tive Designs, Inc. products, the Purchaser/User accepts all resulting liability. If you, the Purchaser/User are not prepared to accept the liability associated with the use of this product, you are advised to return this product immediately in new and unused condition to the place of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price.

As Innov8tive Designs Inc. has no control over the setup and use, final assembly, modification, or misuse of the product, no liability shall be assumed nor accepted for any resulting damage or injury.  Innov8tive Designs, Inc. shall not be liable for any damages, either indirect or consequential, any loss of profits, production or commercial, or be liable for the loss, or loss of use, of any other products used in association with Innov8tive Designs products.

Furthermore, under no circumstances shall the liability of Innov8tive Designs, Inc. exceed the individual retail price of the product on which liability is asserted.

Product Safety Precautions - Motors and Speed Controllers must be operated with caution and good common sense and require some basic mechanical and electrical ability. Failure to operate these products in a safe and responsible manner could result in injury or damage to the product and/or other property. These products are not intended for use by children without direct adult supervision.
