This DC powered soldering iron is great when you need to do some soldering and there is no AC power available to plug into.
This DC powered soldering iron is great when you need to do some soldering and there is no AC power available to plug into. A great addition to your field box for doing those emergency solder jobs at the flying field. It has a 48" (122cm) long cord with an XT60 connector that can plugged in to any 3S or 4S Lipo. Included with the iron is a fold-up portable soldering iron stand.
When operated from a 3-cell LiPo battery, the iron produces 35 watts of heat, and when powered from a 4-cell LiPo battery it produces 60 watts of heat.
