General Shipping information

Shipping location - All orders ship from our Monroe, Michigan warehouse in the United States.

Holidays -We do not ship on Federal Holidays. The calendar of those days can be found on USPS.com

Same day shipping – Although we cannot guarantee same day shipping, we do strive to get all shipments out the door the same day. Due to carrier pick up timeframes, orders placed late in the day may have to ship the following business day. We recommend that you place your order as early as possible to allow us time to get it processed and meet our carrier pick up time.

Delayed Shipment - Innov8tive Designs, Inc shall not be liable for any loss or damage, directly or indirectly that may result in the delay of the delivery of any of our products. The customer will have the option to purchase insurance through the carrier.

Damaged Shipment - If your order arrives with apparent shipping damage, refuse the shipment. If the order was left at your door with shipping damage do not open the box and immediately notify Innov8tive Designs, Inc in writing of any claims for shipping related damage.
