The Tempest 6-Amp SBEC will accept inputs from 6 to 33.6 volts (2 to 8 LiPo Cells) and provides up to 6 Amps of continuous current at an output of 5.5 Volts. This unit can also handle current bursts of up to 8 Amps for 2 seconds.
